Arch Levy Services

The new Apprenticeship Levy means that from April 2017 all businesses with a wage bill of over £3 million will pay a 0.5% payroll tax. That tax is then only reclaimable as funding to hire or train apprentices.

Our managed service helps businesses make the most of the levy, ensuring the best possible returns. We do all the hard work for businesses, helping them to understand the impact of levy, and to plan and deliver a cost-effective transformation programme, covering both training and hiring.

Arch Apprentices

Arch Apprentices is the UK’s leading provider of young Digital and IT talent. We tap into a talent pool overlooked by many: identifying, training and placing fantastic emerging talent into Digital and IT apprenticeship roles.

Awarded Ofsted Outstanding in all areas, Arch Apprentices has placed over 1,000 apprenticeships since starting in 2012, and now works with over 1,000 people and 500 employers, including Google, Facebook, Barclays, John Lewis and The Guardian.

Arch Graduates

Arch Graduates is a digital fast track programme that trains graduates and places them into businesses. Arch selects high-potential graduates to match a business’ needs; trains them full-time for 3 months; places them for 21-month on-the-job training; and then helps to retain them in the business.

The programme provides businesses with a tailored graduate scheme, creating their next generation of digital leaders.

Arch was founded in 2012 by Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading venture builder, as an internal initiative to source great talent. Since then we’ve placed over 1,000 young people, launching their careers into exciting digital businesses such as Google, Facebook and The Guardian as well as hundreds of fast growing SMEs, Government bodies and charities.
